FAQ

1. When will I receive my map?

I will start to mail the map of the month out on the 20th of every month. If you sign up after the 20th of the month, letters will be mailed out 3 business days after subscribing. Please give the postal service 2-3 weeks to deliver. If you live outside of Australia, this may take a little bit longer.

*Please advise that there is a chance you may not receive your letter on time (if you check estimate time) due to the nature of “snail mail”. This usually isn’t the case, but it may happen.

 

2. What if I didn’t receive my map? 

Please wait up to 2-4 weeks for the postal service to deliver your map from the date of 3 business days after subscribing. (For countries outside of Australia, please give the postal service 3-4 weeks.)

If you still have not received it (after 4 weeks from you subscribe), please contact me via support@hygge.art and I will be happy to send out another free of charge, or refund you if you prefer this way!

3. How do I update my address?

If you need to update your mailing address, even if you have updated it in your account, please send me an email at support@hygge.art and subject line – “Update my address – Your Full Name”. Once I receive an email informing me of the change in address, I will update it in the system.  

 

4. How are the maps shipped?

Letters will be mailed via Australia Post using only a postage stamp. Due to that nature, tracking numbers are not available.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

The subscription is set to renew automatically. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please email me at support@hygge.art with the subject line “Cancel my subscription – Your Full Name” for assistance.

 

Once I update the system, you will not be charged from next month.

( That would be efficient if you could give me notice to cancel your subscription before it renews. ) 

 

6. Can I receive a refund? 

If your map arrives damaged (please show the proof), you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular map. Alternately, I can send a replacement free of charge.

If your map gets lost in transit, you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular map. Alternately, I can send another one free of charge.

​

You are entitled to receive a refund of the subscription up to 40 days after it begins. (Only the reasons above are accepted) If it's been longer than 40 days, you are no longer entitled to receive a refund. 

 

If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and I send your maps, you are not entitled to receive a refund. But I will resend it to the corrected address as a courtesy.
